AIDS Games II is on June 27th at 4-9pm.
The event will be held at the Urban League Office:
560 NW 27th Ave Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311.
We will have a 3 on 3 Charity Basketball Game and a Poetry Slam with The Project Manager of the Dwayne Wade Foundation, Ancel Pratt III as our Keynote speaker.
You can participate by bringing a team for the 3 on 3 or inviting/ being a poet in our poetry slam. Grand Prize for the poetry slam is $627 and the 3 on 3 is $207. Both amounts represent significant dates in the HIV community. 6/27 is National Testing Day and 2/07 is National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. Registration deadline is June 18th.
